Also known as ‘Counsel’s Opinion’, we provide written opinions on the law following detailed consideration of a client’s matter. Opinions, which encompass both legal and procedural viewpoints, are often a requirement in specific legal situations. These include determining strengths and / or weaknesses of a case before pursuing litigation or considering a defence, to determine matters involving insurance and such cases, and in relation to corporate governance matters.
