Yan Pisani

Yan Pisani obtained his warrant to practice law and is an admitted Maltese advocate.

Yan is a lawyer at Acumum, where he advises local and international clients across a range pf legal matters, with a particular focus on maritime law, intellectual property and commercial agreements.

Prior to joining Acumum, Yan gained valuable experience in the investment sector, the gaming industry and at a corporate service provider. This diverse background enables Yan to provide commercially focussed legal advice that is both practical and tailored to the needs of the businesses operating in regulated industries.

Yan graduated from the University of Malta with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Advocacy (M.Adv.). Following the successful completion of his legal training, including the mandatory period of court attendance, Yan qualified as a warranted advocate in Malta.

Combining strong technical legal knowledge with a practical commercial mindset, Yan is committed to delivering clear, pragmatic advice that helps clients navigate complex legal and regulatory matters with confidence.
